Discover how embracing diversity can boost innovation, attract top talent and strengthen your business for the future.
We are working with Glasgow City Council to provide this fully funded programme of advice, support and training to employers based and/or operating in Glasgow.
If you’re an employer, of any size, based and/or operating in Glasgow you can participate in the range of fully funded training and services.
Why are Glasgow City Council funding this work?
Enabling Glasgow’s employers to tap into a pool of talent and expertise that exists within the disabled community, contributes towards economic growth for the city and the wider mission of reducing the Disability Employment Gap in Scotland by 2038.
We work with you to ensure that your hiring process is inclusive and accessible for applicants and that once in the role, they are adequately supported, so both you and your new employees are set up for success. We support both employability services and employers in the city to build your capacity, knowledge and skills to support disabled candidates.
To help make Glasgow’s workplaces disability inclusive, we are also offering open training sessions for your employees. We are running a number of fully funded online training sessions throughout 2025. You can register here when training dates are available.
