Andrew Kerr

Andrew is an Outreach Worker with East Dunbartonshire Council, where he leads a wide range of evening group activities for individuals with additional support needs, including both mental and physical. His work focuses on creating inclusive, supportive spaces that help people build confidence, develop skills, and connect with their community.

Before joining the council, Andrew contributed to several specialist support organisations, including Ten of Aces and Voices of Autism, where he played an important role in empowering neurodivergent individuals and advocating for their needs.

Since 2023, Andrew has been an active collaborator with SUSE, taking part in projects across digital recruitment and access reviews, as well as using his creative skills behind the camera. He has worked as a videographer for the SUSE Annual Conference and as a voice‑over editor for Experience Network videos, helping shape accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences.
