Digital Recruitment Review 

How accessible is your online recruitment process? We will help you remove barriers and create a user-friendly application process for everyone.

Disability Audit 

A first-hand insight into the right approach to not only ensuring facilities and services are accessible for disabled employees and customers but also small practical things, such as what type of straws to stock. Nothing is too big or small: we will ensure you are inclusive to all.

Equitable Induction and In Work Support 

We work with you to develop bespoke strategies to better support your new employees.

Encouraging Positive Workplace Conversations 

We train managers and supervisors in the importance of open communication and how to confidently have conversations about disability and long term conditions. We then provide support materials to help you demonstrate to your employees that positive conversations are welcome.
