Changing the Chemistry delivers practical programmes and interventions that support more inclusive workplaces and leadership. Their work focuses on both workforce inclusion and board-level change.
Workforce Support includes:

Improving access to employment, progression and leadership opportunities for underrepresented groups.

Supporting employers to understand and address barriers to inclusion, and to strengthen inclusive recruitment, retention and progression practices through practical workshops and interventions.

Delivering workforce programmes supporting individuals to enter or return to work, access sustainable employment, and progress their careers and leadership ambitions.
Changing the Chemistry collaborate with SUSE to create and deliver the Positive Workplace Conversations programme delivered through Apt, which includes the Why You Askin Campaign.
