We are Scotland’s leading experts on flexible working. We provide consultancy and training to help employers enhance their flexible working opportunities and culture, so it works better for people and the organisation. We also produce Scotland’s most comprehensive research on flexible working, and we work closely with Scottish Government influencing workplace policy.

Why we’re an Apt partner
Many people need flexible working in order to work at all, whether that’s for health needs, caring responsibilities or something else entirely. Yet a third (31%) of Scottish workers are still missing out on flexible working. And even when companies do offer flexibility, they often don’t make this clear during recruitment, which puts talented people off applying for roles, and can lock people out of work altogether.
